Alderman Tom Tunney needed a fully functional website that would allow viewers to access information easily without a lot of unwarranted clicks. We reworked the primary navigation so that the most prominent information on the site is easily found. The homepage is loaded with information and promotes interaction. Information regarding top stories, upcoming events and a Newsletter sign up are on the right-hand side, along with three call to actions on the bottom. The Google Search integrated in the header of the design allows visitors to easily search for information within the website. The inner design features a news module and events calendar, as well as a photo gallery which allows Alderman Tom Tunney to upload images in a easy-to-view manner.
