The Outsource Technologies website includes three forms: one general contact form, a request service form and an order toner form. Each of these give their customers the ability to contact the client directly through the website for whatever their needs may be. The site has a private login section that allows the client to hide pages from the public while permitting their clients access. The FAQ module in the ‘About Us’ section lets Outsource Technologies format frequently asked questions in a consistent, easy-to-read manner.
