For example, Psycho Baby staff can list the same gym shoe under the pages “Children’s Shoes”, “Adidas”, “On-Sale”, and “What’s Hot” by clicking a few buttons, thus increasing the odds that an online customer will find and purchase the item. In addition, it is now easier than ever for Psycho Baby to update the homepage and direct shoppers to the best selling items. Finally, the “multiple shipping addresses” feature provides customers with a one-stop holiday shop to ship gifts in their shopping carts to all their friends and family.

Results

The new web design and custom-built e-commerce application transitioned Psycho Baby from a brick and mortar store to physchobabyonline.com, a major player in online shopping for kids' clothing and toys. The homepage changes resulted in a huge increase in orders, dramatically bolstering their annual sales. They now receive the majority of their online orders from outside Illinois.
